Returns Policy

FULL REFUND POLICY:

 

To receive a Full Refund all item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved returned item(s) will need to be sent back in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition when received.  If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item will not qualify for a Full Refund. Please note if an item was purchased unboxed the sealed fully packaged requirement is not applicable, and a return can still be requested. If an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by a customer, it may only qualify for a Partial Refund with a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount. If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

 

Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund may also qualify for store credit.

 

Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons, please make your selections carefully. 

 

Perfume Atomizers are Final SALE and can NOT be returned. 

 

EXCHANGES:

 

If the price value of the returning item is less than the price value of the item replacing it, the customer will be required to pay the differing balance between the two prices (including any applicable sales taxes). If the price value of the item being returned is greater than the price value of the item replacing it, the customer will be refunded the differing balance between the two prices (including any applicable sales taxes).

 

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE NEEDED. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO RETRIEVE AN RMA FROM THE MAXAROMA.COM RETURN CENTER: You can request a return directly from our website. 

 

  1. If you purchased as a member, you could log in to your account to request a return from your order history page. 
  2. If you placed your order as a guest you can request a return by going to "track your order" and enter your information where it says check your order status, you will get the option to request a return. 
  3. Please give us 24/48 hours to review the return request, and we will email you a prepaid return label. 
  4. Mail the package back via ground shipping method to the address below. We highly recommend you insure your package.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

MaxAroma.com does not accept CODs for returned merchandise.
