Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped). Returns

Full Refund Policy:

To receive a Full Refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by a customer. Unless the item(s) was initially purchased as Unboxed, the item(s) will need to be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund. If an item has been shipped out from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

Extended Holiday Policy:

Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped). For further information on Partial Refunds, please refer to the Partial Refund Restocking Fee section. Damaged, mismatched, or missing items cannot be returned or refunded (fully or partially). For further information on items that do not qualify to be returned or refunded, please refer to the Damaged, Mismatched, or Missing Items section. Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund, may also qualify for store credit. For further information about our store credit policy, please refer to the Store Credit section.

Partial Refund Restocking Fee Policy:

If an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by customer, it may only qualify for a Partial Refund. All Returns and Exchanges, and any Refunds pertaining to those Returns and Exchanges, are dependent on the condition of the returned merchandise. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped). If an item has been shipped out from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

If the item(s) being returned has been opened and the seal has been broken, there is a 25% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund, may also qualify for store credit. For further information about our store credit policy, please refer to the Store Credit section.

Shipping Policies for Returns:

In cases of qualifying returns, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges. Even if there were no initial shipping fees connected to the item (this would apply to orders that were initially $50 and above, or purchases made with Store Credit), the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. Such charges may include the cost of shipment for returning the item, applicable taxes, and any other qualifying fees that may apply. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Follow the instructions below to return a product to the MaxAroma.com Return center:

  1. Email or call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you an RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.
  2. Securely re-carton/package the unused item(s) you wish to return and a copy of the original packing slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase. You must include and fill out the approved RMA form that has been emailed or provided to you.
  3. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box/envelope.
  4. Mail the package back via ground shipping method to the address below. We highly recommend you insure your package.

*Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to:

Price differences on exchangeable items are dependent on the price of the returned item, and the item it is being exchanged for. This price difference will determined at the time of the exchange. If the price value of the returning item is less than the price value of the item replacing it, the customer will be required to pay the differing balance between the two prices (including any applicable sales taxes). If the price value of the item being returned is greater than the price value of the item replacing it, the customer will be refunded the differing balance between the two prices (including any applicable sales taxes).
