If you like whiskey boozy scents this is a must try, it also has woody notes…in the dry down I get the ambrette with the wood on my skin. I’ve read that this scent leans more masculine but I’m female and I have gotten tons of compliments. One of my faves.

The reviews on Fragrantica were not super kind to this perfume, so I\'m glad I didn\'t listen to them. I love this peach perfume. It\'s my first Francesca Bianchi experience. It\'s sort of like a nostalgic 80s/90s syrupy honeyed peach with hints of leather. I went over to my friend\'s house for a dinner party and let her smell it. Her response was, \"Whoa. Why does this take me back to being 7 and I\'m at a friend\'s house and we\'re about to go play Donky Kong on Nintendo and it\'s going to be awesome?\" Truly a nostalgic perfume. Leans feminine in my opinion, but I\'m not really into gender with perfumes so honestly I\'d love to smell this on anyone. It does start out a little plasticy when you first spray it, but that subsides and it becomes more real-smelling and just keeps evolving on your skin. A little on the heavy, full-bodied side, but I like that about it.

Review for Aaron Terence Hughes Patchouli Noir
I\'m conflicted. I wasn\'t able to try a 10 ml, sold out, so I bought a 50 mil based on the notes and my love of patchouli. It opens w/ a terrific chocolate, but that disappears quickly. Then, I can tell it\'s there, but it\'s like my nose doesn\'t know what to do w/ it and just stops reporting about the scent, LOL. Eventually I start picking up something that makes me think of green apples, though it\'s not in the notes, must be the cloves. Not a fan. That\'s all I smell for the rest of the night and most of the next morning. I am going to give this a few more tries,.. I WANT to love t his one, but so far it\'s a hard pass. To add some positivity, Tabac is just about my favorite scent right now.
