Review for Montale Vanille Absolu
If you like vanilla you will like this one. Its a little on the sweet side for me so i prefer to layer it with another montale perfume. I wish it was a little creamier of a vanilla then i could probably wear it on its own more. This one is quite sharp and definitely stings the nostrils the first few minutes. Not saying i dont like it. I love it with other very floral scents (roses musk especially). I just dont love it alone.

This smells just like real roses. It doesnt have that artificial sweet roses scent. I dont find this a complex fragrance with lots of different notes. Sometimes i just want one scent. This fragrance doesnt really change after the dry down or after a few hrs. It just smells like roses. If you mix it with other montale fragrances you can make some really nice mixes. I love this with a little montale vanilla absolu.

This smells a little similar to a lemon cleaning product. It has that artificial lemon scent. Considering montale has several fragrances that smell like the real thing, i just dont think this was a great product from them.

This is far too sweet! I like sweet fragrances however this is over the top. I wish they would have mixed some tart rhubarb or woody scents into it so it wasnt so sickeningly sweet. If you are in your teens/early 20s this may be perfect for you.

If you love very floral fragrances that are on the creamier side and yet not overly sweet, then you will love this. After the dry down it smells more fruity, clean, and still pretty floral. Has a pretty good lasting ability as well.

I blind bought this fragrance due to the amazing deal they had. The opening can be harsh and medicinal, but once this scent dries down, it becomes irresistible. For me personally, I love it from start to finish. The rose and eucalyptus make a great combo in my opinion!

I decided to try the 8oz based on the price. With the plan being to purchase if I like the scent. I have to say Amouage Gold is very nice. Its smells slightly soapy. Not at all in a bad way. I\'m planning on giving it a full wearing. Its hard to tell right now,
