Powdery sweet black violet and rich earthy saffron open this fragrance together. After that, the notes of warm, golden honey and calming, herbaceous lavender come to the surface. The fragrance finishes with a jolt of fresh green cedarwood. Roberto Cavalli is a luxury Italian fashion design house, founded by Roberto Cavalli in 1970. Born to an artistic family, the young Cavalli studied art, and textile printing in particular. He debuted his fashion line in Paris in 1970 and opened his own atelier soon afterward. The company is known for its exotic and glamorous looks and its prevalent use of colorful silks, animal prints, leather and denim. The fashion house now sells womenswear, menswear, fragrance and vodka. It released its first fragrance in 2002.
