Bergamot and Juniper Berries become full–bodied on a carpet of incense, fading into the persistent fascination of oriental wood. The presence of a marble Hercules in the garden of the perfumer’s house, triumph of courage and immortality, elevates to myth the creations of Agatho and becomes Giardinodiercole the perfume.
Agatho Giardinodiercole is fresh, woody and spicy. It opens with juniper berries then moves to labdanum, black pepper, saffron and sage while sharpening with peppermint and pimento; the base adds sandalwood, labdanum, amber and cashmeran to give a warm spicy tone.
Fragrance Notes:
- Top notes are Juniper Berries, Labdanum, Bergamot, Lavender and Rhubarb.
- Middle notes are Incense, Black Pepper, Saffron, Sage and Pimento.
- Base notes are Virginia Cedar, Sandalwood, Labdanum, Amber, Cashmeran, Patchouli and Musk.
