Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (provided the order has already shipped). Canceled Orders: Eligible for a full refund, including SH, ONLY if canceled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once a package is in transit with the carrier.
Free Shipping Offers: For free shipping packages, the shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from the final reimbursement of refunds and store credits. Any shipping cost that you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.
Undelivered, Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages: A 15% restocking fee and a Return to Sender fee of $3.95 will be assessed accordingly. Shipping Handling, Tax, and Gift Wrapping cannot be reimbursed. Original shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless it is a Company error. For free shipping packages, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.
Redelivery Fee Missed Scheduled Delivery: If reshipment is requested by the Customer due to Returned to Sender, refusal of shipment or missed a scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for SH unless it is due to Company or Carrier error.
Sales Tax Policy on Returns and Exchanges:
Sales taxes will be refunded fully on all qualifying returns and may vary on Exchangeable items depending on the price of the item. For further information about our Returns and Exchanges policy, please refer to the section pertaining to the policy.
Different Shipping and Billing Addresses:
Although MaxAroma.com allows its customers to ship to addresses differing from the billing address, a billing address that matches the purchaser's credit card institution's information is still required. Orders may be placed on hold or canceled if we are incapable of confirming the billing information with the credit card institution. A signed authorization and appropriate identification may be requested for international credit cards. In which case you will need to provide the following documents:

- A copy of a valid picture I.D.
- A statement of authorization including a handwritten signature

Invalid or Unclaimed Shipping Addresses:
If a customer provides an Invalid or Unclaimed Shipping Address, MaxAroma.com will charge the customer for re-shipping the order.
Internationally Restricted Products/Locations:
MaxAroma.com is legally prohibited from shipping certain name-brands outside of the United States. Such brands include Dermalogica, IMAN, NYX Cosmetics, and Jane Iredale. Also restricted by law, is the shipment of particular brands to the European Union. These brands include Davidoff, Joop!, Jil Sander, Nikos, J.Lo/Jennifer Lopez, Calvin Klein, Lancaster, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Kenneth Cole, Sarah Jessica Parker "Covet", and Cerruti.
Fragrance items and products containing alcohol are categorized as dangerous goods. We are restricted by international postal regulations to send such products by standard air-mail. All orders containing such items must be sent through Priority International Shipping via USPA. This way such items may be tracked with a tracking code.
Unless a shipment is being sent to an APO/FPO U.S. Military address and U.S. Territories, the United States Postal Service is restricted to ship to certain countries. Expedited shipping services to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses are not available, and shipments to such destinations may take up to 8 weeks. MaxAroma’s RETURN POLICY
At MaxAroma.com, customer satisfaction is our utmost concern and number one priority. Therefore, we have designed an easy return/exchange policy that benefits our customers to the best of our capability.
If you wish to return an item, all return requests must be approved by a Customer Care Representative within 30 days of purchase.
How to request an item return :
You can always request a return by going to My Account -> Order History -> Returns.
We will send you a prepaid return label and an RMA number. Once you receive these details you may send your item back and once we receive it we will issue out a refund.
If you checked out as a guest, you can always go to “Track Order” on the top right side of the main page and request to return. You only need your order number and your email address to complete the return request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons, please make your selections carefully. Perfume Atomizers are Final SALE and can NOT be returned.
If approved, please note the following:
- Before the product(s) are returned, you must first receive an RMA # from MaxAroma’s Customer Care Service. All returns must be executed within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA #.
- No returns will be accepted if the product is not received back in its original resalable condition.
- Credit will be generated once products have been inspected and received back into inventory.
- Some RMAs’ are subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee. This will be discussed with your Customer Care Representative prior to the issuance of an RMA #.
- Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Please note that the RMA # must be printed on each box returned to MaxAroma. We will supply the return label and deduct the shipping amount from the refund unless one prefers to use a different carrier and own label.
If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.
In the event, you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, or short shipped, please note the following:
- Contact our MaxAroma Customer Service within 10 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-844-552-7662 with the order #, items, and quantities damaged/shorted.
- Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted along with details of the nature of the damage.
- An RMA and return label will be provided to you once approved.
- Damaged product must be returned to the warehouse within 30 days of the issuance of an RMA to receive credit.
