Because we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we preview and inspect each item thoroughly at the time of packaging. All Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds are dependent on the condition of the merchandise.
FULL REFUND POLICY:
To receive a Full Refund all item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved returned item(s) will need to be sent back in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition when received. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item will not qualify for a Full Refund. Please note if an item was purchased unboxed the sealed fully packaged requirement is not applicable, and a return can still be requested. If an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by a customer, it may only qualify for a Partial Refund with a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount. If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.
Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund, may also qualify for store credit.
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons, please make your selections carefully.

If the price value of the returning item is less than the price value of the item replacing it, the customer will be required to pay the differing balance between the two prices (including any applicable sales taxes). A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE NEEDED. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO RETRIEVE AN RMA FROM THE MAXAROMA.COM RETURN CENTER:
1. Email [email protected] or call 1-844-552-7662 to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you an RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.
2. Securely re-carton/package the unused item(s) you wish to return and a copy of the original packing slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase. You must include and fill out the approved RMA form that has been emailed or provided to you.
3. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box/envelope.
4. Mail the package back via the ground shipping method to the address below. We highly recommend you insure your package.

In cases of qualifying returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Such charges may include the cost of shipment for returning the item, applicable taxes, and any other qualifying fees that may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless MaxAroma made the error.
