At MaxAroma.com, customer satisfaction is our utmost concern and number one priority. Therefore, we have designed an easy return/exchange policy that benefits our customers to the best of our capability.
If you wish to return an item, all return requests must be approved by a Customer Care Representative within 30 days of purchase.How to request an item return :
You can always request a return by going to My Account -> Order History -> Returns.
We will send you a prepaid return label and an RMA number. Once you receive these details you may send your item back and once we receive it we will issue out a refund.
If you checked out as a guest, you can always go to “Track Order” on the top right side of the main page and request to return. You only need your order number and your email address to complete the return request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons, please make your selections carefully. Perfume Atomizers are Final SALE and can NOT be returned.

If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, MaxAroma.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.
