MAXAROMA sells only authentic products sourced from reputable distributors.
MAXAROMA is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorized by,
sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand owner or trademark holder unless
explicitly stated.

All products and website content are provided “AS IS” without warranties
of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Manufacturer Responsibility

MAXAROMA does not manufacture, alter, or formulate the products sold.
Any claims regarding formulation, composition, or manufacturing defects must be directed
to the product manufacturer. MAXAROMA assumes no liability for manufacturer-related characteristics.

MAXAROMA does not provide medical advice. Fragrance and cosmetic products may cause irritation
or allergic reactions in some individuals. Personal sensitivity does not constitute a defect.
Customers with known sensitivities should consult a medical professional and perform patch testing
prior to use.

6. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and verification.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

7. Pricing & Errors

Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
In the event of pricing or typographical errors, MAXAROMA reserves the right
to cancel orders and issue refunds. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

8. Price Match Policy

A. Price Match Guarantee At MAXAROMA, we strive to offer the most competitive pricing on premium fragrances. We will match the price of an identical item offered by an authorized competitor, provided the following conditions are met:

• Identical Product: The item must be the exact same brand, size, concentration, and condition (new and in original packaging).

• Regular Pricing: The competitor’s price must be their current regular retail price. We do not match clearance, closeout, liquidations, "doorbusters," or limited-time flash sales.

• Availability: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase at both the competitor’s website and MAXAROMA.com. We cannot price match discontinued or backordered items.

B. Price Match on MAXAROMA Sale Items If an item you purchased on MAXAROMA.com is reduced in price on our website within 72 hours of your original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment. Approved adjustments will be issued as a refund to your original payment method or as My Aroma Store Credit.

C. Special Orders If a product is not currently in our inventory, we may be able to source it through our network of distributors. Special order requests typically take 2–3 business days to process. Price matching may still apply to special orders provided the item is not discontinued by the manufacturer.

D. How to Request a Price Match To submit a request, please email [email protected] with the following information:

1. A direct link to the product on the competitor's website.

2. Your MAXAROMA order number (if requesting an adjustment on a recent purchase).

3. Details of the specific item (size/variant).

E. Limitations and Rights MAXAROMA reserves the right to verify a competitor’s price and the availability of the item. We limit price matching to one competitor per item and reserve the right to limit quantities. This policy is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of MAXAROMA.

9. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

10. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Shipping Policy,
which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Promotions, Coupons & Free Gifts

Promotions, coupons, and free gifts are subject to terms, availability, and modification
or cancellation at any time. Free gifts must be returned with qualifying returns
or their value will be deducted.

12. Gift Cards & Store Credit

E-Gift Certificates and Store Credit are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
MAXAROMA reserves the right to void gift balances in cases of fraud or abuse.

13. Rewards Program (My Aroma Points)

Rewards points have no cash value, may be modified or terminated at any time,
and are governed by program rules. Abuse or manipulation may result in forfeiture.

14. User Conduct & Feedback

You may not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
By submitting content, you grant MAXAROMA a perpetual, royalty-free,
worldwide license to use it.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on MAXAROMA.com is owned by MAXAROMA or its licensors and is protected
by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXAROMA shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

17. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of policies may result in account termination,
forfeiture of refunds, and permanent restriction from future purchases.

18. Force Majeure

MAXAROMA shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control,
including acts of God, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

19. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York, NY,
except where prohibited by law.

20. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
