Review for Amouage Interlude Men
Just WOW! By far, Interlude is the strongest in my collection of 60 fragrances. I didn\'t think a top note of oregano would be appealing. But after sampling a clone from another company, I loved the scent and decided to take a plunge and buy the original Amouage full bottle (via MaxAroma). Love the original. BLUE BEAST indeed; very strong and long-lasting on my skin. Love the spiciness, and of course the signature frankincense of Amouage. My favorite of my 4 Amouage fragrances (the others being Memoir, Epic, Journey).

Review for Amouage Epic for Men
Seeing the large number of notes listed for this fragrance, I didn\'t think a well-blended mixture was possible. But I was wrong. The numerous spices work so well with the base woods and the signature incense. Epic is probably my second favorite Amouage that I own, tied with Memoir, and Interlude being my favorite.

Review for Amouage Memoir for Men
When I first sprayed Memoir on paper, there was a strong distinct \"medicinal\" smell that was not pleasing to me. I guess this was the absinthe accord, maybe from the wormwood? But after spraying on my skin, this smell was still noticeable but no longer offensive. And then throughout the scent life, Memoir is an amazing fragrance. Green forest vibes, along with woods, and the always-present incense. Not as strong as Interlude; to me, perhaps similar in strength to Epic. Great longevity, as I\'ve experienced with all 4 of my Amouage products, which are so distinctive from each other (Memoir, Epic, Interlude, Journey).

Review for Thierry Mugler A*men Kryptomint Cologne
Big fan of Pure Malt and Pure Havane, so I was intrigued by what Kryptomint could offer. When it was available at a decent price from MaxAroma, I jumped at the buying opportunity, since Kryptomint is frequently out of stock at the different discount sites that I monitor. Have to admit, I\'m a bit disappointed in this fragrance. The mint doesn\'t appeal to me very much; maybe just too strong for my liking. However I\'ve only worn it a couple of times now during the early spring. I\'ll wear it again during the warmer weather, and perhaps I\'ll appreciate it\'s potential cooling effects better.

Review for Lalique Encre Noire
Bought Encre Noir as a blind buy. Highly acclaimed fragrance at uncer $30; how can you beat that? I think it\'s a great EDT. Not too dark for me, and I\'d be willing to wear it anytime throughout the year except for very hot weather. A nice alternative to the \"lighter\" vetiver scents that I own (such as Guerlain Vetiver and Vetiver Extreme, which are more appropriate for spring and summer), and EN certainly has more depth that I like.

Review for Mancera Cedrat Boise perfume
I am extremely disappointed with this one. Don’t get me wrong, the fragrance is amazing. I read/watched reviews before I made this purchase and I can honestly say it’s weird how accurate they are. The opening begins smelling extremely similar to Creed Aventus, not exactly but you smell it in there. After a few minutes it begins to settle and it’s this fruity and leathery vibe. Anyway, been hearing about reformulations and the bottle I received seems to be a 2019 batch. The performance is terrible. A couple hours go by and it’s gone. They claim the earlier batches were “beast mode.†This really sucks, especially considering how good it smells.

Review for Creed Aventus
My first purchase from MaxAroma, as well as my first purchase of a Creed fragrance. Very happy and satisfied on both counts. Still very expensive, but I realize it\'s difficult to find large discounts on Aventus anywhere. I\'ve tried a few Aventus clones, and some are very good, but they don\'t match the quality of the original Creed product (mine appears to be a 2019 batch), and I do not regret making this expensive purchase.

Review for Creed Royal Oud
After trying out a sample vial that I purchased from Creed, and reading a large number of positive reviews, I took advantage of MaxAroma\'s recent 15% discount sale on Creed, and I purchased Royal Oud. Very satisfied with this fragrance. Very smooth, well-blended, and not overwhelming, as I have found of most Creed products. As many have already noted, oud is ironically not the dominant note. I do prefer Creed Spice and Wood, but I\'m not willing to pay that price.

Review for Creed Silver Mountain Water
Unique scent profile to me, I think mostly due to the green tea note which I enjoy very much as it provides a different type of fresh fragrance to my collection. I discovered a clone that is very good (Alpine Woods by Parfums Vintage), but I wanted to possess the original, and the cost was not that much more than the PV product, since this purchase was made during MaxAroma\'s recent 15% discount on Creed. This is now my sixth purchase order from MaxAroma, and I am extremely happy with all of them. Shipping is free, and there\'s no sales tax (MaxAroma is in NY, and I live in NJ). They have a 15% discount on orders over $200, so I try to consolidate my fragrance purchases into one order so that I reach that limit. Also MaxAroma frequently offers limited-time discounts on certain brands (Creed, Parfums de Marly, etc.).

Review for Parfums De Marly Masculine Discovery Set
I purchased the 6-sample set which includes Carlisle and Percival in place of Godolphin. Great way to sample 6 of the best-sellers from PDM. I made the purchase during MaxAroma\'s limited-time 40% discount sale on Marly products. So I only paid $117 instead of the regular $195; great deal for me, resulting in about $20 for each of these 10-ml samples. As a result of sampling these, I subsequently purchased 3 full bottles of PDM fragrances.
