Ordered the atomizer to sample the fragrance. I loved the scent, so I ordered the full bottle. I was shocked and upset that it was not the exact same fragrance I got as a sample….even though they were supposed to be the same. I reached out to customer service, and instead of fixing the issue, they said, “We refill the atomizer by hand from the original bottle, my best guess is that the atomizer was refilled with a bottle from a different batch.” Due to this very bad mistake, I will not be purchasing from this company. It’s giving scam. I didn’t give it a one only because the scent I got is still nice…it’s just not the scent I originally got as a sample.
